🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

• Gift cards, final sale items, customized products, and personal care goods are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
